Payouts

Set up Stripe payouts

Connect your bank account to receive funds when your books sell.

Payouts not enabled

You can list and sell, but earnings will be held until you connect a bank account via Stripe Connect.

Stripe Connect

Fast, secure bank payouts. Takes ~2 minutes to set up.

You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure onboarding. Add your bank details, verify your identity, and return here when done. Remark never stores your banking information.

How payouts work

1

Buyer pays

Funds are held securely in escrow via Stripe.

2

Carrier scans your package

The hold clock starts when USPS/UPS scans your prepaid label.

3

Hold period elapses

2–7 days depending on your sales history. Funds auto-release if no dispute.

4

Payout hits your bank

Remark deducts 10% platform fee before transferring.

Shipping defaults

Default ship-from address

Used to generate prepaid shipping labels when you sell.

Labels are generated by Remark. This address is never shown to buyers.
